  • Founder, Clinical Director, Therapist

    Ambrocia Martin, LPC (she/her) gained experience in the mental health field for over 15 years. Ambrocia earned her M.S. degree, with a dual concentration in Clinical & Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling, from Holy Family University. Ambrocia is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified School Counselor (K-8). As a therapist, Ambrocia’s clinical expertise includes providing individual and group counseling, servicing all ages with a wide range of mental health diagnoses, and providing clinical supervision to counselors seeking licensure. Ambrocia takes a holistic approach to mental health by focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. She primarily uses common treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, and Holistic approaches but will tailor the treatment to what’s best for the individual.

  • Nicole Warren, Psy.D.,M.B.A., CSP (she/her) is a school psychologist with the Cheltenham School District. Prior to this position, she served as a school psychologist at the Chester County Intermediate Unit and a Clinical Director within the Public Health Management Corporation. Dr. Warren also teaches at the University of Pennsylvania, Villanova University, and Arcadia University. She earned her M.S. Degree in Counseling with a specialization in children and adolescents, from Chestnut Hill College. Dr. Warren furthered her education at Widener University where she earned her Doctorate of Psychology in Clinical Psychology, her Master of Business Administration, and her School Psychology certification.

    Dr. Warren began her career in the mental health field where she treated children and families via individual, group and family therapy for over 25 years. Additionally, she has worked in schools for 15 of those years conducting evaluations and supporting children in special education. Dr. Warren is knowledgeable about what types of assessments should be used for educational testing; the special education laws; and the types of supports that schools offer. She can also review educational reports to ensure that all areas were appropriately assessed and help families prepare for IEP meetings. Dr. Warren also provides consultation services to families who are considering educational testing or moving forward with an IEP.

I specialize in working with preteens, adolescents and adults, supporting clients through a wide range of experiences—including chronic stress, low mood, racing thoughts, and emotional burnout.

    Alongside working with anxiety & depression, I have extensive experience with gifted & twice-exceptional individuals, including those with ADHD & ASD, who may experience intense emotions, perfectionism, & disconnection. I also provide affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients, offering a safe & supportive space to explore identity, relationships, & self-acceptance.

    My approach is collaborative & adaptive, using CBT, Person-Centered, & Solution-Focused techniques. We’ll uncover obstacles & build on your strengths for lasting change. I offer in-person & virtual sessions, along with a free consultation to connect, answer questions, and see if we’re the right fit. I look forward to walking with you on this journey.

Our goal is to offer a non-judgmental and warm space of empathy, collaboration, and safety to individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, or simply life's struggles. We strive to empower individuals to heal and restore a positive quality of life. Utilizing evidence-based techniques, we focus on the individual’s strengths, values, and their goals. We hope to empower you by providing support with communication, enhancing your coping skills, helping you to gain insight, and more.
